After a year of successful campaigning, the Luke and Marcus Trust ended 2012 with a moving memorial service at St Anne’s Cathedral in Leeds.
The service was conducted by Rev Deacon Joseph Cortis. He has replaced Rev Father Michael McLaughlin who has moved to his own parish in Silsden.
Marilyn said, ”We would like to thank them both for all their support and the lovely services they’ve conducted for the Luke and Marcus Trust. We wish Father Michael and his parishioners all the very best for the future and look forward to working with Rev Joseph who has been instrumental in helping us liaise with St John Fisher School.”
During the year, the work of the Trust was also well received at a sixth form college in Seven Kings, Ilford.
